The Tuareg live in the largest desert in the world, the Sahara. It rains there once or twice a year and temperatures can reach 50 ° in the shade. How do these nomads control such an hostile environment?

Jean-Marc Durou spent several decades in the wilderness. He wants to share his passion with children and offers an extensive survey along with great photos on the history and customs of this people. Learning to read the sand and the stars, hear the water, mount the tent mats or organize illougane ... which invite the young reader to a discovery of these inhabitants of the desert.
